In today’s video we are going to dig a little deeper about emotions that may come up as you deal with clearing out the clutter in your home because let’s face it, we get attached to our stuff. We get real and raw about emotions like guilt, depression and overwhelm because we all feel these at one time or another but often times are ashamed or afraid to talk about it. I also cover how to tell people to stop giving you gifts that clutter your home.
