I cannot stress enough how important it is to ditch the toxic chemicals in your home and switch to cleaner versions in order to reverse the symptoms of hypothyroidism and to support your thyroid in general. Not to mention your other hormones and respiratory system. My home is 90% chemical free now because I got serious when I was so very sick with so many awful symptoms. I use to roll my eyes at people who did do it yourself projects like making their own cleaners and facial serums, but after learning that it can actually save you a lot of money AND you get to control the ingredients I decided to become one of those people too (only, I do really EASY ones because I don’t have the time for complicated ones nor am I skilled enough to make them).
So I am gonna share with you the DIY’s that I do here in my own home!
