Can your hypo symptoms be adrenal fatigue

By April 24, 2020July 11th, 2020Thyroid

Thyroid disease is a puzzle with many pieces that have to be addressed. From adrenal health to gut health to stress to vitamin and mineral deficiencies, many things have to be addressed in order to reverse your symptoms.

Today let’s look at adrenal fatigue.

Your thyroid and your adrenal glads are best friends that hold hands and when you’re healthy they go skipping along together just like we did in elementary school on our way out for recess BUT when your adrenals get fatigued and overworked by chronic stressors on your body, then they fall and pull your thyroid down with them.

Adrenal fatigue has many of the same symptoms as hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism is listed as a SYMPTOM OF ADRENAL FATIGUE.

Symptoms such as:

weight gain around the mid section

extreme fatigue

hair loss

brain fog

irregular cycles

blood sugar issues

high cholesterol

infertility

are all part of adrenal fatigue!

Watch today’s video to learn more about this adrenal thyroid connection and see what simple things you can do about those symptoms naturally.

Blessings,

Melodye

Thank you for taking the time to watch Gene and for leaving a comment here. I do believe you have inflammation issues as well with the issues you’re having. It’s so frustrating and I am sorry you’re feeling bad but there is a lot you can do to help yourself too! Starting with the products I recommended and some diet and lifestyle changes. So there is a lot of hope!!

While I am not into the religion factor, I have already learned a lot of what you are teaching through trial by fire. I’ve had to fight doctors to listen, do a lot of manual research, talk to experts, and find the right help at 28. They almost committed me due to panic attacks this disease caused! I am okay now but not 100% I need to educate new doctors and boom! I found you!

Hey Sari! Thats totally ok about religion, I can respect that! I don’t push it. Good for you for fighting for yourself like that because that is the only way to get any answers! So many people won’t push. And yes the anxiety is REAL!!!! I am glad you found me. It’s good to surround yourself with other fighters and I always enjoying meeting more of them like YOU!! Thanks for commenting too!!
