Since I get this question so many times, I decided to address it thoroughly in video form. CLICK THE IMAGE ABOVE TO WATCH!

Levothyroxine and Synthroid may not work for the vast majority of people suffering from hypothyroidism even though it is the most prescribed medication for it, and there is one main reason for that that I cover in the video. If you’re taking one of these medications and you still have a slew of hypo symptoms like:

weight gain

fatigue

brain fog

cold hands and feet

insomnia

aches and pains

low body temp

messed up cycles

low libido

then the medication isn’t working for you no matter if you’re told you’re levels are “normal” or not.

I tell you which medications are the better options that work to give people symptom relief AND get their levels OPTIMAL.

Take the time to watch the entire video. It’s gold!

I also discuss the fact that you can do a lot on your own through simple diet and lifestyle changes to get your thyroid functioning again whether you’re on medication or not.

If you’re on medication, these changes can make it more effective!!

Note: I am not a doctor so always consult yours of course. I am a fellow hypothyroid patient that has reversed 90% of her symptoms through diet and lifestyle changes and recently lost 36 lbs. I do not diagnose, treat or cure anything. I just empower you with information so you can make the best decisions for your own healthcare!

Do not stop taking your medication without consulting your doctor. This is just to let you know what medication options are available to you.

THANKS FOR WATCHING!
